Bandiagara is the portal to Dogon Country and its main commercial centre. Within the city one finds the magnificent Palace of Aguibou Tall, with the new Tourism Information Centre inside. There is also the large toguna named Nangabanou, a traditional medicinal centre with botanical gardens, some good hotels, and a cybercafé.
